Mohamed El-Rafiie is a seasoned procurement and contracts professional currently serving as a Senior Procurement Engineer at SCAD since March 2024. Previously, Mohamed held the position of Contracts Engineer at UECC-United Engineering For Constructions Company from January 2023 to March 2024. Prior to this, Mohamed worked as a Procurement Engineer at Smart Solutions Trading, Industrial & Contracting from March 2022 to January 2023, and as a Technical Civil Engineer at Nile Delta for Construction from July 2019 to March 2022. Mohamed obtained a degree from MUST University between 2013 and 2018.
