Blake began their career in the U.S. Army as an Aeromedical Evacuation Officer, serving in various roles including Pilot-in-Command and Asst. Operations Officer. After leaving the military, they worked as a General Manager at Meadowbrook Golf. Blake then transitioned into the healthcare industry and held positions at companies like GE Healthcare, Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, DebMed, RTI Biologics, VasoHealthcare, and DARI. Their roles included Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, and Vice President of Sales. Most recently, they joined SC Johnson Professional USA as the Vice President of Client and Corporate Partnerships for their healthcare division. Overall, Blake Ross has extensive experience in sales and corporate partnerships in the healthcare industry.

Blake Ross attended Henderson State University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation.
