Cherlyn M. is an experienced administrative professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at the SC Department of Health and Human Services since January 1989, Cherlyn supports the Director of Member Relations and the MR Escalation team, handling escalated situation inquiries from Governor and Legislative offices. Previous roles include administrative positions in various sectors, such as providing customer service at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company and serving as a Securities Cashier at Merrill Lynch. Cherlyn holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and has completed numerous certifications in customer service and software applications. Additionally, Cherlyn is pursuing continuing education in American Sign Language at the University of South Carolina.
