Natalia Benavidez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Natalia is currently working as a Diversity and Inclusion Project Specialist at Penn State Health since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at the same company from March 2020 to March 2022.

In 2023, Natalia will become the Head of Product Development at Shades By Shan Cosmetics starting in January. Natalia will oversee the development of new products.

From June 2019 to March 2020, Natalia worked as the Office Lead for Diversity and Inclusion at Penn State College of Medicine. During this time, they played a key role in promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Prior to that, from July 2016 to September 2018, Natalia worked as the Associate Director of Enrollment for Masters programs at Hult International Business School.

Between August 2012 and May 2016, Natalia held various roles at Compass Group China. Natalia started as a Communications Manager in August 2012, then became a District Operations Manager from August 2013 to August 2014, and finally served as an Events & Operations Manager from August 2014 to May 2016.

Overall, Natalia has demonstrated expertise in diversity and inclusion, enrollment management, and operations management throughout their career.

Natalia Benavidez completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Hotel Management and Marketing at Les Roches from 2006 to 2010. Natalia then pursued further education by obtaining a Nanodegree in Digital Marketing from Udacity between 2018 and 2019.
