Opeyemi Shoroye is an experienced HR Manager and Business Support professional with a strong background in recruitment, organizational growth, and change management. At Software Business Solutions Consulting since December 2015, Opeyemi has driven HR leadership during periods of rapid growth, transforming recruitment processes and achieving significant increases in organizational revenue and staffing effectiveness. Previous roles include Recruitment Consultant at PwC seconded to NLNG, Assistant HR Manager Processes at Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC, and Assistant Manager HCD at CHAMS PLC, where expertise in performance management, recruitment, and training was demonstrated.
