Brianna Piazza is a seasoned Cross-Platform Journalist currently working for both Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia and Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). With a strong background in emergency communications, Brianna has reported on major humanitarian crises for World Vision, and has experience as a stringer covering the COVID-19 crisis for Channel NewsAsia. Previous roles include news reporting for Seven Network and WIN Television, where Brianna focused on breaking news, politics, and social issues. Brianna's work has been published in various international news outlets, including Al Jazeera and Deutsche Welle. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Rights Law at the University of Melbourne, Brianna's education includes a Bachelor of Journalism and several courses focused on documentary production and human rights advocacy.
