Fabian Gross is a physicist with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the field of solar energy and heliostat systems. Since December 2017, Fabian has served as an R&D coordinator at sbp sonne, focusing on patents, optical layouts, and control software for heliostat fields, as well as developing AgriPV systems. Previously, from February 2015 to November 2017, Fabian worked as a scientist at Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V., where responsibilities included the development of heliostat control systems and project management for the KOSMOS and HeliOS projects. Prior roles include research positions at Solar Tower Systems, a teaching assistantship at Heidelberg University, and a summer internship at DESY. Fabian holds a Diplom in Physics from Heidelberg University and an MPhys from Durham University.
