Mac Wilcox has a diverse professional background that spans over a decade, combining expertise in training, writing, wrestling, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Contact Center Training Specialist and Team Lead at Bright Horizons since February 2018, Mac is responsible for the development of entry-level consultants and operational procedures. In addition to these roles, Mac has been a Staff Writer and Beat Reporter for SB Nation since March 2021, focusing on the Colorado Rockies, where Mac covers games, engages with fans, and produces multimedia content. From March 2015 to July 2023, Mac gained experience in professional wrestling, serving as an announcer and performer across various promotions. Earlier roles included conducting research and content curation for Human Workplace, and founding Husky Landscaping, a local business providing landscaping and general labor services in Boulder. Mac completed studies at Front Range Community College from 2011 to 2016.
