David Starcer is an experienced multimedia professional with a diverse background in photography, videography, writing, and sports broadcasting. Currently serving as a freelance photographer for Imagetek Photography and Lifetouch, David specializes in youth sports and school portraits. As a freelancer for Pac-12 Enterprises, contributions include assisting in the production of live sports broadcasts.
