Mario A. Aguirre is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at SBM Management Services, LP since November 2018, Mario has honed leadership skills and operational expertise. Prior to this role, Mario worked with the Arizona Coalition for Military Families from October 2012 to October 2018, serving as Lead Trainer and Operations Manager, as well as Veterans Employment Outreach Coordinator, where responsibilities included outreach to employers, conducting resume and interview workshops, planning hiring fairs, and utilizing social media for job search support and event marketing. Mario's career began with the Arizona U.S. Army National Guard from December 2009 to September 2012 as part of the Total Force Team. Mario holds a degree from DeVry University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
