Ayush Mehra's work experience includes founding and being the managing director of Absolute Tailormade LLP from February 2019 onwards. Ayush has also served as the managing director of SBJ-Study By Janak since March 2017, and as the founder and managing director of Texstyle Lab Fczo since March 2017. Prior to this, Ayush held the position of executive director at SBJ House of Luxury from February 2009 to September 2010. Ayush also served as the managing director of Sbj 690 Garments pvt ltd from April 2007 to April 2009, where they gained experience in production, retail expansion, and financial analysis.

Ayush Mehra's education history begins with their attendance at Delhi Public School - Mathura Road in Delhi, where they studied until 2005. Ayush then went on to pursue a degree in Business administration at Aston University from 2006 to 2009, with a focus on Economics, Marketing, and Social Media. In 2012, Ayush attended Harvard Business School for a course titled "Launching New Ventures." Lastly, in 2016, they participated in a program at Harvard University called "Negotiations and Deal Making - India."
