Anil Bhatt has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Anil started their career at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as a Unit Manager from 2001 to 2003. Anil then joined Birla Sun Life Insurance as the National Training Manager TPD from 2003 to 2009. Anil is currently working at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., where they have held multiple roles since 2009. Anil'sroles include Regional Director, Senior Vice President and Chief of Institutional Alliances, and Head of Training. As Head of Training, Anil is responsible for training and OD activities across different channels, with a team size of 200 and an extensive customer base.

Anil Bhatt attended Delhi University from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a B.Com Pass degree with a focus on Commerce.
