Rashmi Yadav is a Senior Manager in SOA Technology at SBI Card since March 2023, following a successful tenure at Tata Consultancy Services from November 2013 to March 2023, where roles included Service Delivery Manager, Team Lead, and Java Developer. In the position of Service Delivery Manager, Rashmi managed 20 robotics automation processes with zero downtime and ensured timely resolutions for any issues. As Team Lead, responsibilities encompassed system availability, monitoring, job scheduling, and centralized system backup for a vast user environment. Previous roles as a Java Developer involved full lifecycle project management for the Element Fleet vehicle project and risk management for financial transactions in the IRIS project. Rashmi holds a Master of Computer Applications in Information Technology and a B.Sc. in Computer Science, both from the University of Mumbai.
