Nitish Kumar has a diverse work experience in various companies. Nitish is currently working at SBI Card as a Deputy Vice President in Credit and Fraud Risk Management since September 2022. Previously, they worked at Evalueserve as a Senior Practice Expert from April 2017 to September 2022, where they were involved in developing models, model documentation, validation, and building ML models. Before that, they were a Practice Expert at Evalueserve from August 2012 to April 2017, where they built acquisition and behavior models and worked on various analytical projects. Nitish also worked at ITC Infotech as an IT Consultant from September 2011 to July 2012, where they played a vital role in marketing campaign management and measurement. Nitish started their career at i3 Statprobe as a Statistical Programmer from April 2010 to September 2011, and prior to that, they worked at IBM Global Business Services as an Application Developer from September 2007 to April 2010.

Nitish Kumar completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka between 2003 and 2007. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including SAS Certified Statistical Business Analyst Using SAS 9: Regression and Modeling from SAS in 2016, and several Coursera Course Certificates in topics such as Practical Machine Learning, Regression Models, and R Programming. Nitish also completed Advanced Programming for SAS 9 and Base Programming for SAS 9 from SAS in 2011 and 2010 respectively. Furthermore, they have completed courses in Introduction to Finance and Passion Driven Statistics through Coursera.
