Monish B Vohra serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Operations at SBI Card since April 2022, overseeing New Business and Post Acquisition Operations with a focus on enhancing customer experience through digital solutions and regulatory compliance. With extensive experience in customer service, operational efficiency, and strategic growth, Monish previously led a team of over 2,000 employees as EVP and Head of Customer Services at SBI Card from January 2014 to March 2022, implementing initiatives such as AI-enabled self-service and customer experience improvement programs. Monish's earlier roles include key leadership positions at MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd., Vodafone Essar, and HDFC Bank, demonstrating a strong track record in credit risk management, service operations, and business transformation. Monish holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering.
