Vadim Gusev has over two decades of experience in corporate finance and banking, currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Banker at Sberbank CIB since August 2010, where responsibilities include heading the Oil & Gas Division and focusing on origination and coverage for major clients in the Oil & Gas sector. Prior to this role, Vadim worked as Executive Director and Director in Sberbank's Oil & Gas Department, as well as Manager in the Corporate Finance Department at Sberbank from February 2007 to February 2010, where involvement included corporate finance transactions and restructuring. Vadim's career began at VTB, where duties included managing client relationships in the Power Engineering sector. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Financial Management from the State University — Higher School of Economics and additional studies at The State University of Management.
