Malika Khachukaeva is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner for the Global Markets Department at Sberbank CIB since April 2018. Prior to this role, Malika worked at PwC Russia from September 2013 to April 2018, fulfilling the position of HR Business Partner for the Consulting & Deals Department, along with previous roles as a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist, Junior Recruitment Specialist, and Recruitment Intern. Malika holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Personology and Existential Psychotherapy from the Higher School of Economics, obtained in 2015, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, completed in 2013.
