Anton Kulakov, CFA, serves as the Managing Director and Head of Structuring in the Global Markets division at Sberbank CIB since October 2012. In this role, Anton manages a cross-asset structuring team, focusing on asset-side products, securitisation, derivatives hedging, and financing backed by commodities and securities. Prior to Sberbank CIB, Anton worked as an Analyst in Debt Capital Markets at OJSC Uralsib from April 2010 to May 2011, where responsibilities included bond issuance participation, investor presentations, and securities data management. Anton holds a Master's degree in Finance and Investments, graduating Cum Laude from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics.
