Alexander Sorokin is an experienced professional in the finance sector, currently working as a Derivatives Structurer at Sberbank CIB since 2021, focusing on commodity and interest rate derivatives. Prior to this role, Alexander served as an Associate at Clifford Chance from August 2016 to April 2019, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and also held a trainee position in banking and M&A. An internship at Debevoise & Plimpton in July 2016 further enriched Alexander's legal expertise.
