Aidan Marus has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Aidan is currently serving as the Director of Operations for Nightlife at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at The Sunset Strip starting in January 2019. From 2017 to March 2021, Aidan Marus worked as the Director of Operations F&B at Accor's Mondrian hotel. Before that, they were a Senior Consultant at NeatPocket from May 2015 to May 2018. Aidan Marus also held the position of General Manager at Skybar in Morgans Hotel Group from 2011 to 2017. Aidan has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder/Manager of VICE Hollywood from 2007 to 2009.

Aidan Marus completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Maryland in 2000. Currently, Aidan is pursuing an MBA degree in the field of study at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, expected to be completed in 2024.
