Amit S. is a research analyst at SBD Automotive since September 2021, specializing in emerging automotive trends such as mobility-as-a-service, electric vehicles, and autonomous technologies, while providing technical insights into automotive systems. Prior to this role, Amit worked as a workshop manager and application engineer at Sparky's Garage LLP from September 2018 to October 2020, where strong technical skills in Solidworks were applied to redesign vehicle hoods and resolve performance issues during race events. Amit also completed an internship at Baba Automobile in mid-2018, gaining advanced training in automotive technologies. Amit holds a Master of Technology in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
