Lukasz Pielak is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in software development and system architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at SBB since November 2013, Lukasz has been instrumental in the development of the Swiss National Rail Distribution and Ticketing System, contributing to the integration of multiple national rail ticketing systems and the migration to microservices on a cloud platform. Prior to this role, Lukasz held positions as a Senior Java Developer at centeractive ag, where core features of the Retrospective Log Analyzer were designed and developed, and as a Senior Software Consultant at Die Mobiliar, focusing on data migration systems. Early career experiences include technical leadership at Sabre Holdings and research assistance at the University of Dortmund. Lukasz holds a Master of Science in IT-Software Systems from Heriot-Watt University and a Dipl. Inf. from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund.
