Todd Ludgate, CFA, currently serves as Senior Investment Officer - Fixed Income at the State Board of Administration of Florida, overseeing a team of 16 investment professionals and managing 65 billion USD in assets with various mandates including Core and Enhanced Cash. Previously, Todd held the position of Head of Global Extended Fixed Income Strategies at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board, where a team of 12 managed 30 billion USD in assets, consistently exceeding alpha targets. Todd's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Portfolio Manager and Credit Analyst, where significant focus was placed on corporate credit and global sovereign rate selection. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida and an MBA in Finance from The University of Kansas.
