Daniel d'Orchimont is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and pension asset investment. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager in Private Equity at the Florida State Board of Administration since 2006, Daniel specializes in identifying investment opportunities in buyouts and growth capital while managing a private equity portfolio exceeding $3 billion. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at Pfizer Inc, including Director of Benefit Financing, where the management of US Pension Assets contributed to one of the top-performing corporate pension plans during tenure, and Finance Manager Europe, overseeing treasury relationships with foreign subsidiaries. Earlier career experiences include Assistant Treasurer at Pfizer Europe and Accountant at American Express Financial Advisors, where Daniel played a key role in the decoupling of accounting functions and the translation of financial standards. Daniel holds a degree from Université libre de Bruxelles.
