Susan Knight possesses extensive experience in customer service and logistics, currently working at Service by Air since November 2011. Prior to this role, Susan worked at Making Memories from 2008 to 2011 in import logistics and held the position of Station Manager at Norman G. Jensen, Inc. from November 2006 to November 2008. Susan earned an Associate's degree in Transportation Management from Salt Lake Community College.
