David McNulty has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. David started their career at Purchase College - Performing Arts Center as an Assistant Technical Director from 1990 to 1992. David then moved on to Tapestry International, where they served as the Director of Business & Legal Affairs from 1998 to 2001. After that, they joined AAT Communications Corp. as a Senior Counsel from 2001 to 2003.

In 2004, David started working at Unison Site Management as Counsel until 2005 when they transitioned to Velocita Wireless as a Senior Counsel, focusing on Real Estate & Compliance. In 2006, they joined SBA Communications as a Corporate Counsel, and later held the position of Sr. Principal Corp Counsel, Managed Sites starting from April 2020.

Overall, David has a solid background in legal and corporate roles, with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry.

David McNulty attended Penn State University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. David then pursued higher education at New York Law School from 1994 to 1997, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
