Russell Searcy is an experienced drilling consultant and directional driller with a diverse career in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Drilling Consultant at Continental Resources since October 2021 and a Directional Driller at SB Directional Services since January 2021, Russell previously held several key positions, including Drilling Consultant at Continental Resources from June 2014 to June 2020 and Directional Driller at Halliburton from December 2007 to June 2014. Additional experience includes roles at ZA CONSTRUCTION LLC, Helmerich & Payne, Barnhart Crane & Rigging, and Diamond Offshore, where Russell developed expertise in various rig positions and operations.
