Ali Shirpay, PMP, serves as the Project Planning, Scheduling & Control Manager at Sazeh Consultants since June 2001, leading various projects including the Gore-Jask Pipeline and several major plants. Previous roles at Sazeh Consultants include Project PMO Control Manager and Project PMO Time Manager for the Shazand Arak Refinery Expansion & Upgrading Project, where responsibilities encompassed managing costs, scheduling, and engineering coordination. Earlier experience as a Project Planning Engineer at Ahwaz Fanoos Engineering Company PJS involved planning and controlling the fabrication of steel structures for oil and gas projects. Ali Shirpay holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, completed in 1999.
