Tom Marseille is a highly experienced principal consultant at Säzän Group, Inc., since January 2021, following a tenure as managing principal consultant at Integral Group. Notable roles include serving as a board member for AIA Seattle and as senior vice president and director of the Pacific Northwest region at WSP USA, where Tom managed high-performance design and sustainability initiatives. Involvement with various organizations includes advisory roles for the City of Seattle Deep Green Pilot Program, board member positions with the Cascadia Region Green Building Council and the International Living Future Institute, and leadership in the AIA + 2030 Professional Series. Tom holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
