Melissa Fraizer is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in employee ownership and project management. Currently serving as the Employee Ownership Committee Co-Chair at Gerding Builders, Melissa previously held roles as Staff Accountant and Employee Ownership Committee Chair, facilitating the strategic vision of employee ownership and managing complex accounting functions. Prior experience includes positions in senior technical editing at EKS&H, where Melissa reviewed financial documents and trained new staff, and roles in community relations and sales. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Sport Management and a minor in Marketing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
