Victor Rhoades is an experienced professional in program management and shipbuilding, currently serving as Post Delivery Program Manager for the DDG 51 and LHA6 programs at Sayres and Associates, Corp since January 2020. Prior to this role, Rhoades held the position of Vice President at Austal, overseeing Post Delivery, Services, and Support from January 2018 to December 2019. Rhoades has an extensive background in management, having served as General Manager at BAE Systems Southeast Shipyards from July 2010 to May 2017, and Director of Operations at BAE Systems Hawaii Shipyards from January 2005 to November 2009. Additional experience includes roles as Area Manager/GM at QED Systems and DDG Hull Manager at Southwest Marine, following a 27-year career as a Naval Officer with the US Navy.
