Karen Williams is a seasoned leadership and executive coach with extensive experience across various organizations. As the owner and coach at prize1924 since June 2013, Karen also serves as an adjunct faculty member and leadership coach at Georgetown University's Institute of Transformational Leadership and Virginia Commonwealth University. Current roles include C-Suite Coach and Facilitator at C-Suite Coach, Senior Leadership and DEI coach/consultant at Top Line Growth Partners, and Executive Coach for Black Enterprise Magazine. Previous leadership roles include Head of Learning and Development at Argo Group and Diversity Practitioner at Capital One.
