Nanci Cecchin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational change, currently serving as the VP of the Project Management Office at Sayers since March 2017. Prior to this role, Nanci held various positions at Motorola Solutions from 2009 to 2016, including Senior Manager for Organization Change Management and Project Manager for ERP and Business Transformation, overseeing significant global transformations. Nanci's earlier tenure at Motorola from 1998 to 2009 included roles focused on customer satisfaction and program management for major contracts. Nanci holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Iowa, an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
