Alon Milshtein has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alon started their career as an Algorithm Researcher, Designer, and Optimizer at Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps, where they focused on statistical and approximation algorithms, data retrieval, data modeling, and code optimization for real-time systems. Alon then joined Istra Research as a Senior Quant Researcher and Lead Research Operations, where they developed, implemented, optimized, and improved quantitative trading strategies based on large data sets. Alon'sresponsibilities included market microstructure analysis, testing in distributed frameworks, and live deployment of new strategies. Alon also built predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques. Later, Alon worked at LQFI as the Head Researcher, responsible for the company's trading strategies. Alon designed automated strategies, identified bottlenecks, and improved the company's trading platforms. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Algorithm Developer at Sayata.

Alon Milshtein obtained a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Alon later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General at Tel Aviv University from 2012 to 2014.
