Gil Biton

Director of HR & Operations at Anchor

Gil Biton has worked in various roles in the past five years. In 2020, they began working as an Operation & HR manager at Anchor, where they are responsible for Anchor's autonomous billing solution. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Head of Operations at Evolve - Creating Experiences, where they managed clients end-to-end and planned budgets from low to well over 700K$. In 2017, they were a freelancer and self-employed Project & Operation Manager- Interior Designer, managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in very demanding and tight schedules. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Operations & Wellbeing Manager at Vroom, where they were responsible for general accounting, financial statements, and human resources, as well as managing and building an annual Wellbeing plan and moving from an office of 5 employees to 80 employees.

Gil Biton received a Diploma in Interior Design from the "Barbara Berzin" studio between 2015 and 2017. Gil also attended Har Vagai High School, Kibbutz Dafna, from 2002 to 2008, where they studied Communication and Media Studies.
