Nestor A. Lares Iramain serves as the Operations Manager and Chief Operating Officer at SAXUM since September 2013, overseeing a team of over 80 people and managing a budget of US$ 12 million across marketing, business development, commercial management, engineering, and integrated project management. Nestor's extensive experience includes roles as a Project Manager in the mining and cement industries, notably managing the Lindero Gold Mine Project with a budget of US$ 286 million. Previous positions include project management at Arkade Ingeniería and Schlumberger, as well as roles at Ingeniería Penta Sur S.A. and Santista Textil, where responsibilities ranged from engineering analysis to business development strategies. Nestor holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with specializations in Business Administration and related fields from Universidad Nacional de Tucumán.
