Masood Sadulla is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in guest services and concierge roles. Currently serving as the Guest Experience Manager and Chef Concierge at Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa since February 2018, Masood has previously held positions at DUKES Hotel as a Concierge and at 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa as Head Concierge. With membership in Les Clef d'Or, Masood's expertise is underscored by formal education, including an International Diploma in Hospitality from the Institute for Hospitality Education of South Africa and a Certificate in Hospitality Sales and Marketing from International Hotel School. Additional qualifications include a Certificate in Level 1 Hospitality Management from Chelsea and Kensington College.
