Alesha Mack has extensive experience in customer service and account management, having worked in various roles from January 2000 to the present. Currently serving as Key Accounts Manager and previously as Client Services Manager at Saxon Financial Services since March 2016, Alesha has demonstrated leadership by training new employees and managing their schedules. Prior experience includes multiple positions at Avon Inc. and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, FEP, where Alesha educated members about benefit changes and the Medicare Drug Discount Card Program. Alesha's early career involved customer service roles at GE Consumer Finance, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, PharmaCare, and Avon Products, Inc. Alesha holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati and graduated from Wyoming High School.
