Mohamed ElSobky is an accomplished Engineering Department Manager at Sawani, overseeing the establishment of a world-class camel dairy products factory and related facilities since May 2023. With extensive experience in maintenance and project management from companies like NADEC Foods, Nestlé, and Misr Food Additives, Mohamed has consistently developed and implemented strategic plans that enhance operational efficiency. Mohamed holds two MBA degrees in Project Management and Supply Chain Management from the International Business School IBSS and the International Business Academy of Switzerland IBAS, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from October 6 University.
