Thamer Al-Wadey, a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), possesses extensive experience in audit and risk management. Currently serving as an Audit Committee Member at Tamkeen Technologies and as the Audit Committee Chairman at Spectropharma Company, Thamer also holds key positions as the Audit Committee Chairman and Board Member at Arab National Bank, where additional roles include membership in the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. With further involvement as an Audit and Risk Committee Member at Future Work Company and as Chief Audit Executive at the Human Resources Development Fund in KSA, Thamer's background is supported by an MBA from AlYamamah University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Immam Mohammed Bin Saud University, complemented by a Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration.
