Prior to this role, Duncan held the position of Senior Developer at Mind Over Media from May 2000 to August 2011. Educationally, Duncan obtained a degree in Interactive Media, Multimedia & Web from The Art Institutes between 1997 and 2000, and also earned a degree in Professional Pilot, Aviation from Community College Of Beaver County from 1992 to 1996.
