Rongchun Zhu has worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Savvas Learning Co (formerly Pearson K12 Learning) since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ACT in various roles starting in January 2007. These roles include Psychometrician from 2007 to 2012, Senior Psychometrician from 2012 to 2017, and Principal Psychometrician from 2017 to 2020.

Rongchun Zhu pursued their education in a disciplined and academic manner. Rongchun completed their Ph.D. in Educational Measurement from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2000 to 2006. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Peking University, where they studied from 1992 to 2000. These educational experiences equipped Rongchun Zhu with a strong foundation in both educational measurement and psychology.
