Caleigh Pace has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in product management and technical product management.
Caleigh began their career at the University of Delaware in 2012 as an Undergraduate Researcher, where they were involved in upgrading a kinetic modeling software for chemical engineers.
In 2012, they joined Aspen Technology, starting as an Associate Engineer in software development. During their time there, they wrote and debugged code for Aspen HYSYS, a leading process simulator in the Oil & Gas Industries. Caleigh also worked on a special project developing computer-based training for refinery reactor models.
In 2013, Caleigh transitioned into a role as an Associate Product Management Professional, where they managed Aspen HYSYS Petroleum Refining Reactor Models. Caleigh'sresponsibilities included roadmap development, product design, customer engagement, and supporting product marketing and customer support. Caleigh then became a Product Management Specialist, focusing on refining applications in Aspen HYSYS. In this role, they acted as the main point of contact for refining functionalities and used market research and customer relationships to identify development opportunities.
In 2017, Caleigh joined Savvas Learning Company as a Technical Product Manager. Caleigh represented the voice of the customer, specializing in data representation and visualization for both internal and external users. Caleigh also took on roles as a Senior Technical Product Manager and Manager of Technical Product Management before becoming the Principal Technical Product Manager in January 2023 and the Principal Product Manager in July 2023.
Throughout their career, Caleigh has demonstrated strong skills in product management, customer engagement, technical specification, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Caleigh Pace attended the University of Delaware from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Caleigh also pursued a minor in Sustainable Energy Technology during their time at the university.
