Eloi Bevillard is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as a Tech Lead and Software Engineer at Theodo FinTech since March 2022, where expertise in agile methodologies and finance sector knowledge contributes to the launch of innovative fintech solutions. As Co-Founder and CTO of Savr since January 2019, Eloi has been instrumental in developing a logistics and technology platform aimed at reducing food waste through safe donations by hospitality professionals. Previous experience includes freelance web development at Wedoogift, a cybersecurity consultant role at FORMIND, project management at moduloTech | 42PIX, and network administration at DREAL NPDC. Eloi holds a specialized master's degree in Entrepreneurship from ESSEC - CentraleSupélec and a Master’s in Information Security from Institut Mines Télécom de Lille. Educational foundation includes studies at the École supérieur des ingénieur de Beyrouth and a scientific baccalaureate from Lycée catholique de Pontlevoy.
