Kimberly Donalson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as the Director of Patient Access and Revenue Cycle Operations at Savista, where they provided leadership and oversight for the hospital's revenue cycle operations. Prior to that, they worked at MedStar Washington Hospital Center as the Director of Patient Access Central Scheduling and Verifications, as well as the Assistant Director of Patient Access and Financial Clearance. In these roles, they managed various functions related to patient access and financial clearance, ensuring reimbursement and implementing cash collection procedures. Before joining MedStar, Kimberly was the Director of Cultural Engagement at Palmetto Health, where they led the implementation of the organization's culture and worked on improving service and outcomes. Kimberly also served as the Senior Practice Administrator, managing multiple physician practices. Earlier in their career, they held roles at the University of South Carolina and McNeese State University Foundation.

Kimberly Donalson attended Hampton University from 1987 to 1990, where they studied Accounting and Finance. Kimberly later obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from McNeese State University.
