Valerie Chua has extensive experience in the real estate and facilities management sectors, currently serving as a Manager at Savills Singapore since September 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant Manager. Prior experience includes roles at CBRE from January 2017 to August 2021 as an Assistant Estate Manager, Assistant Manager, and Transaction Analyst for the APAC region, following a Graduate Trainee program. During the graduate program, Valerie completed rotations in Project Management, Transaction Management (dedicated to Google), and Enterprise Facilities Management. Earlier internships include positions at PM Link Pte Ltd, JLL, and DTZ Facilities & Engineering. Valerie Chua holds a Masterā€™s Degree in Project Management with a specialization in Finance and a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Project & Facilities Management, both from the National University of Singapore.
