Giovanni Trespidi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and structured finance. Currently serving as a Senior Treasury Manager at Savills Investment Management since September 2021, Giovanni focuses on debt strategy for real estate investment funds, overseeing a financial indebtedness of €1.58 billion and managing multiple funds. Previously, Giovanni held the role of Vice President in Real Estate Structured Finance at UniCredit from 2014 to 2021, successfully executing over €6 billion in investments while tailoring financing solutions for a diverse range of real estate asset classes. Giovanni’s educational background includes a certificate in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics, a Master of Science in Accounting, Control and Financial Management from Università Bocconi, and a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Control and Corporate Finance from Università di Pavia.
