Rishikesh Barhate has a progressive work history in the field of project management and engineering. Rishikesh started their career as an Engineering Intern at Vardhan Consulting Engineers in May 2021. In this role, they gained valuable experience in the field of engineering.

Later, Rishikesh joined Maharashtra Metro Rail Corp Ltd. as a Project Management Trainee in June 2021. During their two-month tenure, they gained hands-on experience in project management.

In 2022, Rishikesh moved to KEC International Ltd. as a PGELT (Planning & Coordination) professional. Rishikesh worked in this role from July 2022 to December 2022, where they were responsible for planning and coordination.

Currently, Rishikesh is employed at Savills India as a Project Executive. Rishikesh joined the company in December 2022 and is involved in various projects, including project management consultancy and design & build projects.

Overall, Rishikesh Barhate has worked diligently in different organizations, continuously expanding their skills and knowledge in project management and engineering.

Rishikesh Barhate completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College Of Engineering and Research, Pune, from 2015 to 2019. Rishikesh then pursued a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Advanced Construction Management at NICMAR University from 2020 to 2022. In addition, they completed a Certificate Course in Contract Management from The World Bank in May 2021. Rishikesh also undertook an Advanced Post Graduation Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution at National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad from 2021 to 2022.

During their earlier years, from 2013 to 2015, Rishikesh attended New Arts, Commerce & Science College in Ahmednagar, focusing on Science with Electronics. It should be noted that the degree obtained during this period has not been specified.
