Olivia Black is an experienced professional in talent assessment and development, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Client Solutions at Saville Assessment since August 2023. Previously, Olivia held the position of Global Head of Assessment at Deutsche Bank from January 2021 to August 2023, and worked as a Senior Business Psychologist specializing in Talent Identification at Emirates Group from June 2018 to July 2020. Olivia's career began at Saville Assessment, where roles included Managing Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, contributing to various talent assessment projects and enhancing client solutions. Early career experiences include positions as a Psychology Assistant at The Institute of Mental Health and a Learning Support Assistant at Henry Beaufort School. Olivia earned an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Leicester.
