Ramadani (Menik) Torheim currently serves as the Country Portfolio Manager at Save the Children Norway since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ramadani held various positions at the Rainforest Foundation Norway from March 2015 to July 2022, including Head of Indonesia Programme, Senior Advisor, and Advisor. Ramadani's experience also includes working as a Grants Coordinator at the Norwegian Refugee Council from June 2013 to February 2015 and as a Network Assistant at the Network for Asian Studies from August 2012 to June 2013. Additional experience includes an internship at the Norwegian Central Bank's Financial Stability Research Unit, an officer position at Norges Bank Investment Management, and serving as a Technical Assistant at the ASEAN Secretariat. Ramadani began a career in academia as an Assistant Lecturer at International Pacific College in 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo (2011-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies with a focus on International Relations from IPU New Zealand (2004-2007).
